6-month warranty

Every Kidcomms phone comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal use. If something isn't right, email Enquiries@Kidcomms.com.au and a real Australian team member will help you sort it out.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Faults with the screen, keypad, battery or charging under normal use.
• Functional failures that aren't caused by accidental damage or misuse.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, liquid damage or general wear and tear.
• Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications.
• Loss or theft of the device.

Returns & change of mind

If a P110 arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within a reasonable period and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. This sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which we always honour.

Blackout pre-order refunds

Blackout is a pre-order product with its own guarantee. You can request a full refund at any time before we reach the 1,000-unit goal and move into production. If we don't reach the goal by 1 March 2027, all pre-orders are refunded in full automatically. Once production has begun, pre-orders can no longer be cancelled.

How to make a claim

• Email Enquiries@Kidcomms.com.au with your order details and a description of the issue.
• Include a photo or short video if it helps show the fault.
• We'll respond with the next steps, usually within 1 business day.
